4. Pricing & Availability

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.

Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock or unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders will be processed and subject to our return policy.

MOB is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site, services, or products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for failures to meet obligations due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Return Period: We offer refunds or exchanges for items returned within 14 business days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and unwashed.

2. Refund Criteria

• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

3. Exchanges

• Exchange Requests: Exchanges for size or style are possible based on availability.
• Shipping Fee: A shipping fee of 30 ₪ applies for exchanges.

Shipping Policy

At MOB, we do our best to ensure you receive your package as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are fulfilled directly from our small studio, not from a dropshipper or warehouse, allowing us to maintain full quality control over every order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed on a weekly basis.
  
• After placing your order, a tracking number will be provided within a few days once the package has been shipped.
  
• Orders are shipped via Israel Post unless otherwise specified.
  

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and postal service capacity. Estimated delivery windows:

• Israel: Local post office pickup option available.
  
• International: Typically 7–21 business days from shipment.
  

These timeframes are estimates only. External delays by postal services, customs, or other third-party carriers are outside MOB’s control.

Product Supply Policy

MOB supplies all products directly from our studio. Processing time is up to 7 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and postal service availability. MOB is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as Israel Post, international carriers, or customs inspections. In cases of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Pick-Up Options

If you’re located nearby, you are welcome to pick up your order from our shop. Pickups must be coordinated in advance.
